Candy Cane Davis's resolution passes, wastes time

Candy Cane Davis's meaningless resolution defending Christmas passed the House of Representatives by 401-22.  No surprise that in a country where over 75% of Americans are Christians, the House would overwhelmingly approve of this powerless resolution lauding Christmas.

Despite its passage, who can dispute that Davis could've introduce more meaningful bills?  Or at least spend her time in Congress doing something that really affected Americans?  You know, like vote on international trade agreements?
