Hundreds rally with Governor O'Malley for "Global Warming Solutions"

Yesterday three hundred people joined MD Governor Martin O'Malley to rally for the Global Warming Solutions Act, a statewide cap-and-trade system which will stand as the strongest global warming bill in the county. The bill will cap greenhouse gas pollution at 30% below 2000 levels by 2025 (not to be confused with Virginia's target of 30% reduction in growth by 2025).
If this bill were on the table in Virginia, I wonder if Dominion would have bigger worries than lobbying against a bill to even report greenhouse gases. Oh, I'd love for Dominion to walk in Constellation Energy's shoes for a day.
