Clinton Lawsuit Could Muddy TX Results

Texas Democratic Party officials are warning that their caucuses, scheduled for the evening of March 4, 2008, could be delayed as Hillary Clinton's campaign raised the specter of an "imminent" lawsuit over the Texas delegate selection process.

Apparently Clinton Political Director Guy Cecil had pointedly raised the possibility of a lawsuit battle during a conference call with Texas State Democratic party officals and members of the Clinton and Obama campaign.

This ia just another poor example of what a LOUSY campaign Clinton has run.  First, they assume the nomination would be there's and it would be over on Super Tuesday.  Then, after the Obama campaign matches her campaign delegate for delegate on Super Tuesday, the Clinton  campaign skips the big caucus states in February because she ran out of money - big mistake.

Then, right after the Chesapeake Primaries, the Wshington Post reports that her financial supporters and other big guns are disturbed by the rules set in Texas; they had no idea the rules were so complicated.  So, of course, what else would they do - file a lawsuit.

The bottom line is both campaigns had knowledge of these rules LAST YEAR.  But, the arrogance of the Clinton campaign lead them to ignore how delegates were allocated since they were sure the nomination would all be over by Super Tuesday.

I guess Hillary Clinton will continue her campaign of trying to win at all costs.
