From waynemadsenreport.com:

"WMR's intelligence sources in Africa are reporting that amid the post-election turmoil wracking Kenya, a three-person team (including a possible Korean-American woman) arrived in Nairobi last week and began asking questions about Barack Obama's father, the late Barack Obama, Sr.

The team also inquired about the Senator Obama Secondary School in Nyangoma-Kogelo in northwestern Kenya, the area where Obama's father, an ethnic Luo, hailed and where his grandmother, Sarah Ogwel Onyango, still lives.

There are also reports that another political operative has arrived in South Africa claiming to have personal connections to Obama. The individual, who is not Cuban, is claiming to be part of an Obama-sponsored US-Cuba dialog initiative. The individual is reportedly attempting to make contact with South African Communists "on behalf" of Obama. The South African Communists contacted are wary of the individual and consider him to be an agent provocateur."

Ugh, Rebecca (aznew - 2/25/2008 9:35:03 PM)
This is not even a defend Hillary post, since Madsen attributes the oppo research team to Karl Rove.

I want to point out that this guy appears to be, uh, strange, and frankly, Rebecca, offensive. Actually, he is more accurately described as vile, and I cannot believe you are citing him for anything.

Just a quick examination of some of the stuff he writes qualifies him as an anti-Semite on the level of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Feast on this, RKers:

Israelis own and control the american media. They compose the largest group of billionaires in america who fund a vast network of political research organizations which determine the views of america's jewish owned media and america's jewish funded politicians.

Here is the link to the full story:

Or, perhaps, you'd like to read about how the Israelies were behind 9/11:

(Scroll down to third item):

But, just for fun, here is a taste:

After three years of investigating the events of 911 on three continents, I can now report that the Saudi led terrorist attack, supported by wealthy members of governments and the top business communities of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and which was known in advance by an off-the-shelf Israeli intelligence operation supported by Israeli-Russian criminal gangs who helped to further inflame passions by posing as celebrating Arabs in and around New York City after the twin attacks on the World Trade Center[.] ... To cover their tracks, the Israelis managed, working through high tech database, networking, and communications companies in which they have a controlling interest, to destroy critical evidence concerning their role in not only failing to warn the United States of what was being planned for September 11, 2001 but in stoking the flames of anti-Arab tensions by posing as Arabs and appearing to threaten the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels and the George Washington and Brooklyn Bridges.

I don't agree with everything he says (Rebecca - 2/25/2008 9:37:51 PM)
However, he has predicted a lot of things accurately. I actually know him and he's not a nut case as you suggest.

Sorry, but that doesn't wash (aznew - 2/25/2008 9:44:01 PM)
Someone who thinks this:

Israelis own and control the american media. They compose the largest group of billionaires in america who fund a vast network of political research organizations which determine the views of america's jewish owned media and america's jewish funded politicians.

is,

ipso facto
, undeserving of credibility in any arena, IMHO.

That was botched in the posting. (aznew - 2/25/2008 9:45:39 PM)
 should read

"is, ipso facto, undeserving or credibility in any area, IMHO.

And by the way.. (Rebecca - 2/25/2008 9:39:00 PM)
I might also add that I do believe 9/11 was an inside job. So now you can lable me a nut case too. Have a field day.

No, I'm not passing judgment on that (aznew - 2/25/2008 9:46:14 PM)
I'm commenting on his anti-Semitism -- that is all.

Wayne is not an anti-Semite (Rebecca - 2/25/2008 9:53:44 PM)
I know Wayne and he is no anti-Semite, and neither am I.

I am not saying anything about you (aznew - 2/25/2008 9:55:39 PM)
and I appreciate that you want to defend your friend. I'm sure he's a nice guy. It doesn't change the ugly stuff he wrote.

My opinion (Rebecca - 2/25/2008 10:00:37 PM)
I think there are a lot of influential Jewish people who are trying to control many things, just as there are a lot of wealthy people of other religions and ethnicities trying to control things. It seems that there are always people of every variety who are trying to manipulate the outcome of events.

I appreciate that, Rebecca (aznew - 2/25/2008 10:05:18 PM)
This stereotype of Jews controlling the media, or international finance, or whatever, is the rankest kind of anti-Semitism. Seriously, I don't mean to imply that you subscribe to it, and I apologize to you if I put you on the defensive over it.

But, I'm sorry, this guy not only subscribes to it, he broadcasts it to the world, and that is an undeniable fact.

Stick To Serious Issues (Lee Diamond - 2/25/2008 10:25:04 PM)
Our Barack will be the target of any Republican hit jobs, not his dead father who left when he was two and saw him once more when he was about 10.

The source of this uh, stuff, is dubious.  Have a margarita.

These are the first drops of the approaching shyte storm ... (j_wyatt - 2/25/2008 11:32:31 PM)
The fearful -- and that's what they are -- are going to try to pull down Senator Obama by exploiting his otherness.

Those susceptible to being exploited by fear are probably among the 30 percent who still think shrub has been doing a great job.

The other 70 percent appreciate Tiger Woods and that there's a big world out there and like hot sauce and buy plasma screens made in China.  And that's a whole lot of people these days, from Idaho to Miami.  I just don't think most Americans are as dumbass as many used to be.  The forces of darkness might still have their talons in that 30 percent, but the rest of are just going to move on.

It says more about (Ron1 - 2/25/2008 11:41:24 PM)
the producers, show runners, talking heads, pundits, and executives at establishment cable tv news and establishment press outlets than it does about Americans.

It's going to take a good decade to even begin to reverse and demand an alternative to the Fox-ification of news in this country.
