Texas: Obama 57%, Clinton 43%

A new poll released indicates Obama has a double digit lead over Clinton in the state of Texas, 57%-43%.

This is the first poll that was conducted in its entirety after the Obama win in Wisconsin.

Not so sure about this polling firm (bpkybe - 2/22/2008 10:21:08 PM)
but the numbers I find most telling are the respective priorities of each party's voters. The top Republican concern (with 39% of respondents identifying it at their top issue) is stopping illegal immigration.

The number one Democratic issue is making healthcare more affordable (35%). Followed closely by the closely related issue of making the economy "better and stronger."

I don't think its the illegal immigration, stupid.
