Great News for Judy Feder

See Farewell Frank and read about how Judy Feder is ranked 9th in terms of "U.S. House Candidates challenging incumbents of the opposite party who had the most cash-on-hand as of Dec. 31."  Obviously, that's great news, and is a testament to Judy Feder's hard work and also to the support she's gathering in her second run at Frank Wolf.

In addition, as the Feder campaign writes:

On Tuesday, 10th District voters turned out in record numbers to cast their votes in the Presidential primary. The record turnout and enthusiasm showed a hunger for fundamental change in Washington. Judy is ready to deliver that change -- on affordable health care for all Americans, ending the war in Iraq and finally bringing Rail to Dulles.

2008 represents our best opportunity ever to defeat Frank Wolf, and Judy is in the strongest position a Wolf challenger has ever been. Virginians are ready for new leadership; with the energy, the commitment and the vision to deliver change in Washington. But we can't win without your help.

this is great news! (chiefsjen - 2/16/2008 5:09:03 PM)
even tho i'm no longer in NoVa, I met Judy several times during her 2006 run.  She is a great woman with a huge heart and personality to match.

I used to have to drive from Lorton to Reston via the Ffx county parkway each day to work and I remember shortly before the election when all the campaign signs were up, Frank Wolf had these huge signs for miles and Judy had short little signs. One day there was a huge wind/rain storm and as I drove home that night all of the Wolf signs were laying flat on the ground and Judy's little signs were standing strong.

Luckily, I got to tell her that story just before the election and even though she didn't win last time, I bet she will this time!

Go Judy!
