Albert Pollard has outraised his Republican opponent Lee Ann Washington by an impressive 2-1 margin: Pollard pulled in $149,544 to Washington's $78,073. Washington must be having a heck of a time fundraising since 90%+ of her money comes from House Republicans and Republican Leadership PAC's instead of individuals (whereas Pollard's total is closer to 15%).

Pollard also has a 7:1 cash on hand advantage ($71,701-$9,546). The election is this Tuesday (and Pollard is a heavy favorite to win back his old seat).

One by one every serious Republcian challenger dropped out of consideration months ago, so I can't say this is much of a surprise.
