Tim Kaine seems as out of touch on gun rights as a red faced Governor Rendell (D - PA) when Rendel recently strode into the Pennsylvania General Assembly toting a major attitude and pounded his fists on the table in front of the House judiciary committee demanding action on  gun control bills. 

Rendell left with his tail between his legs despite, like Kaine in the VA Senate, having won a Democratic majority in the PA House.
