Federal judges denies TRO - caucuses set to go on

A federal judge on Thursday allowed Nevada's Democratic Party to conduct voting to choose a U.S. presidential nominee in casino hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, a decision likely to boost Sen. Barack Obama.
The judge noted that this was a caucus, which is a party function, not an election, and the party was entitled to make its own rules.

It is considered unlikely that an appeal to 9th Circuit will be filed, and even if it is, it is quite unlikely that the Circuit court would even hear the case before Saturday morning.

It will be interesting to see how this is played in the news tonight.

For someone who had nothing to do with pushing this case, Bill Clinton sure seems to know a lot about it!

I wonder how Bill Clinton losing his cool will play.

Funny how none of the candidates had a problem with this format until Obama got the endorsement of the Culinary Union then it suddenly becomes the issue du jour.
