According to the Associated Press, Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico is dropping out of the 2008 presidential race.  Which reminds me, is Mike Gravel still in, and what about Dennis Kucinich?

Gravel's still in.... (Ambivalent Mumblings - 1/9/2008 10:10:37 PM)
Gravel is still in it. His campaign made a big deal about how MSNBC falsely reported that he had dropped out after Iowa in a recent email.

Gravel needs anger management (relawson - 1/10/2008 12:13:11 AM)
I wouldn't want him to hold the launch codes.

Kucinich stayed in until the convention in 2004 (Randy Klear - 1/10/2008 5:35:09 AM)
and is likely to do so again.

Who does That Leave (Gordie - 1/10/2008 7:47:56 AM)
for the Feb.12th primary.

Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Kucinich?

Gravel didn't qualify, so that sounds right. (Randy Klear - 1/10/2008 1:54:52 PM)

Yes and No.. (cdgoin - 1/10/2008 2:42:31 PM)
The campaign denied the reports.. and nothing on the website. But new reports are saying it will be offically announced this afternoon sometime, but he wont be endorsing any candidate.

I personally don't find a single other candidate worthy... not even Obama. That said I find Obama to have a better laid out platform than Hillary.. but his lack of experieince bothers me greatly.

If anything that really bugs me about Hillary too. If she has so much experience why is her platform as mushy as wet bread with about as much substance? At least Obama has a detailed platform.

On the Republican side.. the only one I would remotely consider is McCain, I disagree with him on a lot of issues.. but he is the only on close to moderate of the bunch. At least I feel I can trust him and that he has proven to be Bi-Partisan. Two things we havent seen from the Bush administration.

I guess when it comes down to it on Feb 12th.. I guess I will vote for whomever needs my support more. Obama to beat Hillary or McCain to beat Huckabee. I may also just not vote in the Primaries... but can't see myself doing that.
