Lets not forget who "stood up" for Democrats and "revealed" the astounding fact that Supervisor candidate Charlie Hall met with Tom Davis earlier this year.  It was one of Boss Connolly's henchmen. They made this a huge campaign issue.   In truth, it is the mouse who sleeps with the enemy and enjoys his magnanimity.  Tomcat is trying to time his departure so that he can slide into his new corporate role while the mouse takes over his seat in Congress.  If this plot works, it may appear to some that the seat is changing hands.

The seat will only change hands, however, if Leslie Byrne is the Democratic nominee.

The buzz about the mouse running has gone out.  Given that the mouse is a coward & wants what he thinks are good odds, it seems likely that Tomcat is going to see the blue writing and try to stop Leslie from winning the seat.
