Out-of-town on December 11th? Make sure you vote in the special election for the 1st Congressional District. And please cast your ballot for Phil Forgit.Visit your local registrar of voters, fill out the paperwork, and VOTE. Today, I early-voted in Stafford, because on December 11th I will be away on business. The entire process took all of a couple of minutes and was pain-free.
Votes may be cast by paper-ballot. But they may also be cast using the Diebold DRE "touch-screen" units[,] which is how I cast my vote. There are no write-in candidates allowed in a special election (and for that Stafford County Electoral Board says THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
