Humorous (but real) "Family Values" Political News

The Osmonds have endorsed Mitt Romney.  http://www.boston.co...  Doesn't that about wrap up the GOP nomination for the Mittster?

Former GOP congressman John McSweeney has pled guilty to a DUI charge.  He was pulled over on a New York interstate by a cop who thought McSweeny was alone in the car.  Turns out there was a young woman with some unspecified portion of her anatomy on his lap.  http://timesunion.co...
Congressman Ric Keller, a big family values promoter, and buddies with James Dobson, has a few ethical issues of his own.  http://harpers.org/a...

Keller-whose office did not reply to requests for comment for this story-ran for Congress in 2000 and won strong support from evangelical leader James Dobson. According to the Orlando Weekly, Dobson "ran radio spots for Keller and campaign literature quoted him saying that Keller was 'the obvious choice for those who care about the biblical values upon which our nation was founded.'"

Okay, here's the typical checklist one can expect from these guys (a young Newt Gingrich?):

+Apparent affair with a 23 year old staffer
+Suspect payments to her
+Divorces his very ill wife
+Marries staffer

Maybe what Dobson meant was that Keller liked knowing women in the Biblical sense.
