There is an interesting event going on this Saturday for those wanting to learn more about the role of civil liberties in the immigration debate.

On Saturday, November 10, the Northern Virginia Chapter of the ACLU of Virginia will be hosting the event Immigration and Civil Liberties: Virginia 2007.

The event will be held at the Chantilly Library (4000 Stringfellow Rd., Chantilly) from 2-4pm on November 10.

A representative from the ACLU will be on hand to discuss the Civil Liberties implications of the new statutes coming out of Northern Virginia. The event is at the Chantilly Regional Library on November 10, from 2-4. You can find out more about the event by going to http://www.acluva.org/novachapter/.
