This is hilarious: according to the Washington Post profile this morning on Jerry Kilgore, the "last book read" by our fearless Republican candidate was.....drum roll...."Born Fighting: How the Scots-Irish Shaped America" by none other than James Webb!!! As we pointed out yesterday, James Webb is considering a run against Kilgore's political mentor, Senator George Allen. Does this qualify as "irony?" Where's Alanis Morissette when you need her? Ha.
