That's the population of Oklahoma, Connecticut, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Arkansas, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, West Virginia, New Mexico, Idaho, Maine, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Delaware, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Alaska, Vermont and Wyoming.
