Dr. Michael Breiner has been running a great race against Republican Ralph Smith in the 22nd district (Botetourt County, Salem and Radford, and parts of Roanoke and Montgomery counties).  For instance, at last report, Breiner had more cash on hand than Smith.  Now, Breiner has  been endorsed by Roanoke County Sheriff Gerald Holt and Montgomery County Sheriff Tommy Whitt.  According to Whitt, "We need strong leadership in Richmond to tie together mental health and law enforcement and laws to give us the power in legislation to be able to deal with these issues and divert and get folks help that need help as opposed to incarceration."

Sounds like just the job for Dr. Breiner! :)

Mike Breiner has commercials up day and night.  He has put the money he has raised to good use.

My only question (Lowell - 10/11/2007 11:10:06 AM)
Breiner was endorsed by the sheriffs, but what about the deputies?* :)
