Hello, RK!  It's been several weeks since I posted a message here, so I decided that it's time to bring you up to date on my circuit court clerk re-election campaign activities.

For all the latest campaign news and events, please go to my ever-evolving, growing and improving campaign website at http://www.mcgrawfor...

While there, be sure to check out Ninth District Democratic Congressman Rick Boucher's reception for my campaign in Roanoke this coming Friday evening, September 21, under "Future Events".

Also, if you'd like to hear a success story about stopping campaign sign theft, please continue reading below the fold...
When one of my larger RE-ELECT MCGRAW CLERK campaign signs, with a value exceeding $200 - making its theft grand larceny, a felony - was stolen earlier this summer, I reported it to the Roanoke County Police Department which initiated an ongoing, open investigation, and I posted reward messages on the replacemnet sign and all around the neighborhood from which the original sign was taken.

As mentioned above, please go to my campaign website at http://www.mcgrawfor... and click on either "Steve's Signs" on the home page or on the link entitled "The Stolen Sign" to see the WSLS Channel 10 TV News story and to read all about the fate of big sign #29.

And, as always, please stay tuned...

Thanks!

Steve McGraw, Clerk
Roanoke County Circuit Court

Yay Steve! (Susan Mariner - 9/19/2007 11:43:51 PM)
Website looks really good.

Sorry about your sign problem, but you certainly made the best of a bad situation.  Great thinking!

Lemonade! (cycle12 - 9/20/2007 9:13:08 AM)
Thanks, Susan; great hearing from you again!

Yes, my campaign sign theft was definitely a case of lemons being converted to lemonade...

In comparison to my last winning re-election campaign, I have doubled all of my efforts this time around and look forward to victory on Election Day; Tuesday, November 6.

I hope to see you on the campaign trail, this year and next...

Thanks again!

Steve
