One of the appeals of the drive along Rte 7 from the Rte 123 interchange towards the Dulles Toll Road is the wide open space. If we go the aerial route, the effect will be horrific -- and it will be here for 100 years.
The tunnel is the only sane way to go. We've waited 20 years .. what's wrong with waiting a few more to get the funding. Let's just get the job done the right way... a tunnel.
