You've no doubt seen how Jerry Kilgore likes to bash and bait illegal immigrants.  Meanwhile, it turns out that Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR), the company Kilgore used to lobby for, has been busy EMPLOYING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!  Not only that, but "Skilled Louisiana workers rebuilding a U.S. military base were pushed aside by sub-contractors looking to make a quick buck off American taxpayers by hiring low-skilled, low-wage undocumented workers," according to Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu.

In other words, Jerry Kilgore was a lobbyist (from 1997 to 2001) for a company that steals American jobs and gives them to illegal immigrantsAll while he bashes illegal immigrants for his own political gain. Wonderful.

Let's also not forget that Jerry Kilgore has received nearly $35,000 from KBR, the same company which (coincidentally?) was awarded the job for the Coalfields Expressay in SWVA during the Jim Gilmore Administration.  The Kaine campaign commented back in June that Kilgore's "relationship with KBR, both as a former lobbyist and a recipient of considerable campaign contributions, indicates that Jerry Kilgore may be placing political interest ahead of the interests of his home region."  You can say that again!

Jerry Kilgore: a paid lobbyist for a major illegal-immigrant-hiring company while working against the interests of his own home region.

What a fine candidate to lead our state.  Not!
