Army Times: Senate to Vote Again on Webb's "Dwell-time" Measure?

According to the Army Times, "The Senate could take another vote within weeks on a narrowly blocked plan to guarantee that combat troops spend as much time at home as they do deployed." This measure was proposed by Senator Webb back in late June. It was killed by Republicans despite Webb fighting passionately for what he knew was right. Well, it's still possible to get this measure passed. Our troops deserve no less, especially from the party that claims to support them (just like it claims to be anti-immigrant while taking wads of cash from industries that hire illegal aliens).
