Jack Ticer, the husband of Senator Patsy Ticer, died this afternoon at 4pm. He had been in declining health for several months and in and out of the hospital recently. No arrangements have been made yet, but we will let you know when we have more details.
My condolences to Sen. Ticer (D-Alexandria) on her loss.
